Report on Lunch for Workers: Handling Conflict. Speaker: Daphne Clifton

About 20 people from all sorts of places gathered to hear Daphne Clifton* speak. She has been described as a high 'whoosh' and she proved to be a delight to listen to as she shared two very practical approaches to handling difficcult conversations. In addition to the talk it was good to be able to meet others working in the town and relax as we shared a quality buffte lunch together> Altogether a really worthwhile time - I would thoroughly reccomend it!
